Our Birnbaum holiday apartment offers you a modern and comfortable temporary home on almost 50 m² – ideal for two to four people. It is located in a quiet, rural setting in our beautiful village, just a few minutes from the swimming lake.
The apartment features a spacious eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the orchard where you can soak up the sun. Above the eat-in kitchen, in the attic, is a small gallery accessible by a ladder, providing a cozy retreat. Our large garden is also available for your use – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.

Peak season:
1 to 2 nights: €95 per night
For stays of 3 nights or more: €90 per night
From the 3rd person onwards: €15 per person per night extra
Off-season:
1 to 2 nights: €80 per night
For stays of 3 nights or more: €75 per night
From the 3rd person onwards: €10 per person per night extra
Children under 6 years : we do not charge anything
Children aged 7-14 : pay half price
Final cleaning : Flat rate €40
Pets : Flat fee of €30

The nearest shopping facilities are in Heidenheim (5 km), Oettingen and Treuchtlingen (12 km), or Gunzenhausen (24 km). There you'll find supermarkets and small shops for your daily needs. For a delicious breakfast, we recommend the Schroth bakery in Heidenheim. To ensure all guests can enjoy peace and relaxation, parties and celebrations are unfortunately not permitted. However, the surrounding area is perfect for relaxing hours in nature or cozy evenings in the apartment.
